Sun 10th Mar Harrow National Bush Billy-cart Championships weekend Get ready for two days of thrilling billy-cart racing at the Harrow National Bush Billy-cart Championships with fantastic prizes. Great family day out. (Facebook group.) The weekend includes a Cricket Match at 1pm and theHarrow Duck Race at 2pm on the Sunday. Adopt a duck and watch as they race down the creek in this fun-filled event. Then enjoy an evening with Shane Howard, one of Australia's most influential writers and singers. 15th - 16th March Lucindale Field Days Have a fantastic day exploring agriculture equipment and displays. Featuring two huge general interest pavilions with craft, clothing, wine tasting and speciality food. Come and talk to the experts at the Ag Tech center designed to showcase the latest in technology and innovations specific to the agriculture industry. Returning again is Burrungule Park Laser Tag, Circus Elements, Addicted to Mud and the Old MacDonald’s Traveling Farm. New to 2024 is TC Trickz Motorbike Stunt Show, an exciting and thrilling motorbike stunt display. Website
Sat 23rd March Harrow Sound and Light Show Best described as a light hearted production on the move. The show comprises of a night full of mystery, mayhem and fun, where our audience travels back 150 years in time to Harrow circa 1850. Dinner is served in 19th century, bush style surroundings served by wenches in a building transformed especially for the show. All manner of historical characters may cross your path; bush-rangers, troopers, indiscreet women, Major Mitchell, the town Doctor and Midwife, in fact any number of people. Sun 7th April Day of the Dackel 2024, Annual gathering of like minded dachshund lovers. It's a weekend of fun and events for the whole family. April 13th - 14th Harrow Cricket Festival Enjoy a weekend of Cricket at the Harrow Discovery Centre. Saturday kicks off with a one-day match between the NSW and Victoria O50s Aboriginal sides. Explore the history of Harrow with a guided tour at 5 pm. Indulge in a delicious dinner accompanied by captivating stories from guest speaker Bharat Sundarasan, followed by live music by Matt Scullion at 7 pm. Sunday continues with a fast-paced T20 match between the NSW and Victoria O50s Aboriginal sides from 10 am to 1 pm.
